
Youth Workshops
Through partnerships with schools and community organizations, Cooking with Confidence workshops reach students ages 12–24 across Albuquerque. Participants build cooking and nutrition skills, learn about kitchen safety, and explore how local foods connect to health, culture, and the environment.

In 2025 alone, TSK facilitated 239 workshops for youth, providing 382hours of hands-on learning. Students share that our workshops change the way they think about food, increase their confidence cooking at home with and for their families, and instill pride in their new found cooking skills.
